Josh Boyer is excited to help you through any concerns you may have as a property owner or a rental tenant.  Josh has lived in Alexandria for 12 years with his wife Jessica and their two children.

As a multi-faceted leader and individual contributor, Josh saw exactly how Real Property Management would be a truly value-added solution for West Central Minnesota. Josh’s strong integrity matches perfectly with Real Property Management’s long history and sturdy reputation.

With a Master’s Degree in Executive Business Administration and a BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Josh has excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated capacity to make timely decisions, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines, all of which are critical the fast-paced world of property management.

Josh’s 20 years of experience as an Engineer, Product Manager, and Business Unit Director across aerospace, technology, and manufacturing industries has led him to engage cross-functional teams of both internal and external partners to collaborate and execute business strategies.  This approach is being implemented daily at Real Property Management Optimum, as Josh works on your behalf to find high quality, dependable vendors and tenants to care for your home.
